It can happen from the root rotting. Im sure it's can be many factors. genetics, poor hygiene, physical damage ect

To be fair however the black girl Karen in the previous season was like that too. Standoffish & slow moving…but when her & her husband decided to give it a go they seem happy now

Yeah - she was difficult too, but in a different way. I just dont think she was attracted to or liked Miles. Good on him for sticking with it. You could see her being warm to a dude she felt attracted to from the jump.

Myrla is too selfish, and unwilling to crack her strict standards. Doesnt matter who it is. Maybe Gil can break her down, but it's hard to see that.
