I complain about the cost of raising children more than most here, but this lady is clearly up to no good. You'd need a job paying at least $75k/year to justify playing $5k a month in daycare costs. Unless she's working a high paying job, she should be a stay at home mom and take $3k of that monthly daycare money and invest it for her and the child. When the child turns 4, she can put the kid in private school for much, much less and then resume work.

The Wayans own the rights to a lot of their stuff. And a lot of money from TV roles and movie roles are deferred. Plus royalties and such. He's been around for a good little while I'd say he probably has property and investments etc. So yeah he probably makes more than that monthly.
This and doesn't he still do stand up tours? Not hard to see him making $100K/month off touring alone.
It's mind blowing that people don't get the concept behind child support. If a normal dude earning $70K per year has a child and a billionaire making $700M per year has a child, in theory it still costs the same to provide minimum level of support to both children. Child support is set based on providing a closer living standard as if the child was living full time with the higher earning parent. Granted in this situation she's probably being greedy because Marlon is probably paying more than the courts would've ordered since they were never married.
