CMB. They got infiltrated by an obvious undercover cop. All they'd have to do is turn on the TV around 6PM and realize the guy from Law & Order was up in their shyt pretending to be a gangsta
:hhh:

Hardest to infiltrate would be Marlo's crew. No way he'd trust new blood/recruits unless you were thorough like Michael. I'd def get caught lol.

I could see Pookie being shaky. A crackhead bagging up crack is a no go. But was Scottie really that obvious? Did Nino see something in him he once saw in G Money?

As organized as Marlo was, they let the one kid join that didn't respect drug money lol. I always thought that was ill fated. Just his interactions with Chris and Snoop told me that they weren't on the same page, but they couldn't see it.

i feel like this all depends on who you can relate to more. Who you would feel the most natural around. I'd feel more in my element with Ace/Mitch/Rico. Still risky business with Rico's psycho ass making people disappear. Even with that, I can see myself hangin' with Rico and having a good time. I would be strapped though.

Edit: It takes a cold dude to put another black man behind bars, so yeah, this is just hypothetical.

There's also a related question of who was the worst leader?

It's clearly between Tony and Nino and I think Nino takes it.

Can't really call Tony a "leader" since he's essentially just a one man band with a couple of glorified bodyguards.

I always wondered why the CMB even put up with Nino. They didn't really need him. Everything was all set up and G-Money likely had the connect.

The whole thing should've been ran by Kareem Akbar

G Money was incapable of running the operation. He was a junkie and a sucker for love.

Kareem shoulda stayed his punk azz at the bank.

Avon and Stringer ran a tight ship. The motivating factor driving the sting operation in the first season of the The Wire is that no one could get to them. There was no chance of any undercover escaping the suspicion of Stringer. Chris wouldn’t have allowed anyone to get close to Marlo, either. Nino was insulated, but G-Money was a weak link, driven by jealousy and greed that clouded his thinking. Less of an actual gangster who oversaw an organization on the level of the others, Tony was a rash thug given to impulsivity, who killed himself by attacking his plug. :francis:

I'm running with Barksdale, the rest of them are on some BS that I wouldn''t want to have to deal with

Marlo was a psycho, Rico was a psycho, Scarface was a cokehead psycho and G-money was a clown

I need to make that thread. I think a lot of people thought that.

More lethal than 90s prime Snipes/Nino? :mjlol:

The movie implied, we only saw the end results, of Nino and G-Money as bosses. Nino was a killer in his right. He put the work in, on a mob boss himself...:hhh:

Keisha? The Dutta-Man (killers). Them Bmore nggas were smokin hood jobbers...:mjlol:
