Just on pure moral grounds I cannot see anything wrong with allowing a person to buy every seat at a show. I'd say they have to cover all the hot dogs and beers that fans might buy, maybe even an extra fee on top of the actual price of the seats and eats.

But yeah. Should be legal. But put it on TV. The majority of people see these types of events on TV anyway. Or a recording of it.

There's a precedent though.

The UFC and Facebook have an existing business relationshiop. This is just Dana White treating a business partner to an exclusive event.

It's always business first for Dana, even it impacts the fans or fighters.
