You can say I'm delusional I dont care, but I think Hill and Ganaway were our best pickups and theyre going to be the future. Ganaway can easily take the number one spot. D'Brick was lousy last season. Let's keep it 100. D'Brick was by far the biggest disappointment on the team. There were games last season where you really couldn't tell the difference between him and Wayne Hunter, especially down the stretch. The fact that they gave him a Pro Bowl bid was laughable and solely off rep (also part of why he escaped major criticism). I have nothing against Moore. I just know father time is undefeated and he doesn't have much time left playing at a high level.

As for Ganaway, shyt, I hope you're right, but at the moment, Shonn Greene is not only their #1 RB, he seems to be running with job security he doesn't deserve. I hope they figure out that Shonn's not the guy sooner than later.

As much as I think Fez sucks, the fact of the matter is that they wanna ground and pound with no good RB. Everyone keeps saying "pass rush, secondary, D-Line, improve the D" great, but the offense is gonna be bottom five in football. Deep down the Jets know it. That's why they don't trust Fez to carry them through a game the way a top 5 draft pick should by now. That's part of why Tebow's here to run gadget plays. That's why they wanna run the ball all day, because they can't throw. They haven't had a 1000 yd receiver since Cotchery. On offense the Jets are pretty much weak at every position except center and the only spot that shows any kind of potential going forward is Stephen Hill.

It's gonna get worse before it gets better.

ill give him top 10 but that nikka is not a top 5 LT after he got abused last season, 10 season he was top 5.

Who is this guy that I'm supposed to see and say "man if they give him an opportunity, he's gonna turn out to be good?" At least lachreyatarbabypits put out a name. I don't have it my heart to go off gut feeling and faith with these guys hoping they'll find it in them to improve. Show and prove.

He is clearly top 5 on that list. top 5 is always an argument for best to me. And he didnt get abused last season if you actually knew the Jets gained more yards running the ball on his side than any of the other 4 on the Jets line. Slauson and Hunter accounted for the most missed assignments. But hey I'm a Jets fan of course I'm going to know about my team.

At 8-5, I saw the last 3 games on the schedule and knew they're weren't gonna run the table. I even gave the Jets the W against Miami. The big game was gonna be the Giants /Jets game and they blew it. Turns out they didn't win any of the last 3 games so they even did worse than what I gave them credit for.

All I want the Jets to do is prove me wrong. It's only depressing if the facts present it as such. I don't run the team. I didn't make it depressing. Considering I haven't gotten much of a rebuttal, what would you rather me do? Sugar coat things? I dare them to prove me wrong. Somebody please emerge. I don't care how much I dislike Fez or whoever, they're on my team. I have no choice but to hope they surpass expectations. I'm not gonna assume they will do it though. They don't get a pass from me outside of D'Brick to think something in them will make it all better.

Nobody ever doubted his capabilities as a player. He was underperforming relative to his talent level. Even so, much of his criticism came from not taking control of the team, and he finally did that once he got the team to listen to him and not Plax and Shockey.

It's not even about Sparano. We all acknowledge that Schotty sucked, but I'd love to know what offensive mind is gonna make Fez look like an all-pro QB. I'm not sure one exists. Now, if Sparano can make Fez look like Matt Moore, it beats what Fez currently is, though if all Fez turns out to be is Matt Moore, that's a major disappointment for a top 5 pick.

This is one of those seasons where if you're not a Jet, there's nothing to pay attention. It's like following the Jags. At least they have MJD.

Even when Sanchez had WR's open he wouldn't pull the trigger. That ain't all on Schotty. Gun shy QB's can function in college, but they'll never work in the NFL.
