This nikka is overrated as fukk, and frankly I'm tired of the hype. He will be a very solid player, but he will never reach the heights that the a lot of overzealous media and fans project him to reach. Saying this dude is the new face of the league/got next/future of the NBA is the "in" thing to say, and I will be glad when this fad is over.

Unlike the thread title states, he will never be the best player in the league one day. When his career is over, he will be one of those what could have been ass nikkas. And this is not to say he's some scrub. He's very young, has made solid progress thus far, and is only going to get better. But you nikkas are doing the most right now.

Giannis can be a star.

He had the physical tools but now he's putting it together with the skills and a hunger I see in great players.

Put him on the 76ers and that team would be the scariest upside in the league.

They just need some shooting on the Bucks and Giannis is gonna explode.
