I'm honestly shocked AEW hasn't started doing intergender matches yet given everything else they've done because they do it on the indies

Closest they've done was a mixed tag match with Omega/Riho Lesnar against another mixed team aboard the Jericho cruise a couple years ago.

doesn't help that one of the most prominent figures of intergender wrestling on the indies ended up being an (alleged) massive sex pervert/creep

Renee was cheerleading whenever Becky hit Corbin, then when he hit Becky with the End of Days she acted like he committed a crime. That right there is why you can't do inter gender matches in this era, because they really want guys to stand there and let the women beat them up.

I remember watching a stream of WWE 2K20 and they wouldn’t let you hit the female character in an intergender match, but the woman character can beat up on the dude all day long
