Kidd should be in the rafters because he had two runs with the mavs and frankly, beggers can't be choosers and the mavs need to put a player like Kidd in the rafter or no one in the history of the franchise except Dirk and Mark Aguirre would be up there.

TLDR version - Kidd is a first ballot HOF, how is he not in the Mav's rafters when the Mav's have only 2 (maybe 3 if you count tarp) other HOF caliber talents in their history.
