Has Mark Cuban lived in the hood? I"m sure the "street" that he was crossing was not in a hood in the Chi. So you don't know what he meant by a black kid in a hoody. While I don't completely agree with Mark Cuban, I feel where he's coming from, until Donald Sterling came out unapologetic in his subsequent interviews, I had a shred of leniency for him. I'm a firm believer in the importance of privacy, and how its totally different to say something in public and in one's home.
