What disgusts me are these nikkas on twitter caping for him, sure he made a point that everyone has some prejudice in them.. but the way he went about it rubs me the wrong way. How the fukk do u equate a black person simply wearing a hoody to a tatted up skinhead?

And I hate to use this word but look at these fukking c00ns, and im not even gonna waste my time posting the millions of white people coming out of the woodwork's agreeing with him and people shytting on bomani jones for having the same stance I do, its amazing how social media brings out how people really feel

They're not c00ns, they're uncle tom's..... c00ns are at the other end of the spectrum breh.

but that's twitter for you, people will c/s the wildest shyt ever for followers and retweets.

if my black ass wears that i'm a thug now even at night?!?!? That's why i don't get the hoodie comment.
Honestly I don't get how you take the hoody comment at just face value. Somebody would have to be really silly to think somebody dressed like that is commiting robberies. Sometimes people go stupid for no reason because most know what the fukk he meant (even if we don't agree) when he said black person in a hoody.

Im sorry he wasnt super detailed w/ his description...but you know what he was trying to say.

If you dont look like a clown, then why are you so offended?

This is part of the problem...folks like to pretend shyt doesnt exist.

He was talking about cats that look like this

The problem with white people when talking about race is that they always try and equate things to white folks that just make it impossible to take their argument seriously. It just exposes that they really have no contact with people of other cultures, races or ideologies and then use the same tired stereotypes they see play out on TV.

We need discussions like this but progress would be Cuban sitting back, hearing the criticism and seeing where he is wrong and ignorant. But that won't happen because people who agree with Cuban will cape for his comments and the people who disagree will just end up arguing with people who don't have the experience or mental capability to do so.

White people need to stop thinking being aware of stereotypes is some kind of non-racism. Acting on those stereotypes and prejudice is where the racism comes from, not from acknowledging the flawed logic that leads to it.

Cuban literally keeps it the realest he can possibly be, and he gets some backlash for it :heh:

and this after coli members distrust any white person cause of their "hidden racism":heh:

and acting like the stereotype of "black guy in a hoodie" isn't a stereotype cause it's absolutely true :heh:

y'all know exactly what the fukk he's referring to and still acting like it's not true :heh:

hey guys, your blackness card is in the mail :heh:

this is kind of why I dont get the outrage.
If people cant speak openly...how does anyone expect things to change? Every time someone says something certain groups dont agree w/ they become vilified. He clearly said we all have our prejudices....why pretend like we dont?

I dont know where yall are from...but in the fall/spring a black hoodie w/ baggy jeans is the uniform of cats doing dirt.

no one is outraged he spoke openly....it has nothing to do with him speaking openly...it has to do with what he openly said...people like to hide behind the 1st amendment when they say dumb shyt thinking it protects them from repercussions from the dumb shyt they just said...no, it doesn't work like that....it only gives you the right to say dumb shyt...but once that dumb shyt is spoken, it's fair game...and that's what we're discussing here... he really said a black kid in a hoodie gives him the same fear a neo Nazi looking white man does....think about that for a sec....a piece of clothing on a black kid instills the same fear as an extremist looking white man?...lol come the fukk on....

as for the where yall from comment: yea, people wear that outfit to do dirt...but people also wear it cause it's comfortable and keeps you warm when it's chilly/cold out....clothes don't make the person, they're just clothes...

on a side note: what's ironic about this - in the same interview he said he wants morons to say stupid shyt openly so he can know who they are....well, thanks mark, we now know you're a fukking moron...
