I don't disagree. Sterling's views are fukked up. I'm just saying Cuban's particular quote wasn't taken in the right context, which doesn't have anything to do with Sterling per se.

Cuban said he is basically scared of a black kid in a hoodie and he`ll cross the street to get away from one. What is there to examine and confront about that. He is scared of black kids in hoodies, that aint cool, but i`m not surprised at all.
You act like this shyt can be broken down 50 different ways. It's plain and simple, Cuban is prejudiced and probably has some skeletons in his closet over racial comments i`m sure he has made.

You have an nice dumbed rational for why Cuban is wrong. Good for you. Yet you want to make it your job to find wrong when we get into explicit detail on why he's wrong and the other places that type of wrongness spills into. Just hearing about this. Disappointing but not surprising. I know locally if Ben & skin were still on 103.3 then this will be a huge story but I'm not sure how it's gonna play out locally. I would like to hear Jean Jaque taylor's perspective on it as well.
As far as my thoughts, it was very alarming how he associated black man + hoodie = FEAR. So it doesn't take a genius to figure out how he felt about Trayvon Martin. I'm a firm believer that eventually your true colors will come to light. Don't loose sight in the fact that cuban is an attention whore & has been the only only owner so vocal about this situation.
He(cuban) can't spin this. He tried to say his prejudice/racist thoughts are normal & we all have them & that isn't true. So his hoody comment is a microcosm on how he feels about men of color wearing hoodies.
Since cuban has been in the league he's tried to paint this image that's he is a "everyday man" because he wears jeans, t-shirts, drinks beer & sits by the team. People loose sight in the fact that it's just an image, he's a rich, white billionaire jew that doesn't care about blacks, latinos & poor people.
I wish black people would STOP giving white people like cuban, manziel, brook hogan, beiber, miley, etc passes & saying they're "down with us" when really they're culture stealing & don't give a damn about us as a whole. Cuban never had my support & I think blacks & latinos should boycott that racist, obnoxious, attention whore...
