And obviously they have no clue what they are talking about if they don't know or understand the prestige being a ranked officer in the Marines holds over all other branches with an equivalent rank.

Not just relying on other peoples experiences. But it's entirely your choice breh and I give you respect for joining the military no matter what branch you choose to serve with if you end up going down that path with your life.
