What branch did you homies serve. Marines have the highest toughest requirements out of all branches of the military. How does having a strong recruitment method show they have low standards?
They went to the army. Most checked out all of them and the marine recruiters were the most aggressive.

They showed up at the dudes job to look for him. :russ:

They didn't go through shyt but a recruiter trying to meet his quota. Its a stupid position to base the whole branch of the military on the actions of an over overzealous recruiter. And obviously they have no clue what they are talking about if they don't know or understand the prestige being a ranked officer in the Marines holds over all other branches with an equivalent rank.

A recruiter trying to reach his quota?

This was from different people in different areas.

Joining the millitary been on my mind for awhile so I always talk to different people about their experience and this pops up frequently.

Many different branches try hard to recruit but the marines take it to another level. :lupe:

Okay breh ill just leave it as you're entitled to your opinion. But I would say it would probably be wiser for you too speak with all branches of the military before making up your mind. Not just relying on other peoples experiences. But it's entirely your choice breh and I give you respect for joining the military no matter what branch you choose to serve with if you end up going down that path with your life.:salute:

I'll bet...how many of your boys you lost? air conditioning not working n shyt over seas...lines for the mwr computers... sounds like hell

:childplease:

Losing fellow Marines is not something one should be proud of or used to indicate a degree of intestinal fortitude.

War is hell, period, regardless of MOS.
