Finished up on season 1 yesterday and I was quite entertained. Highly suggest to watch with the original French dialogue with the English subtitles. The English dub doesn’t have the same effect the French actors give.

Especially that scene in the 1st episode (i think?) where Emma wakes up from a nightmare and she tries talking to her boyfriend and he is talking weird and then slowly starts turning around on some

I watched Ep 1 a while back. That shyt is not fukking with Marianne or Hill House.

Finally finished. It was cool but I felt a bit overrated on here. Some of the jump scares were cool. I didn't like the ending. I figured they'd have a hard time wrapping it up when it got to episode 7 and they had a LOT of shyt to explain still. I also couldn't understand the character motivations/actions half of the time. 
Hill House was way better imo. Me and my girl watched the first episode of Hill House while rained out on vacation and looked at each other and said, "fukk it let's binge this."
Hill House kind of dragged in the middle and wasn't really scary but I was way more into it than I ever was into Marianne.

Started watching this yesterday. Already on episode 6. Fire so far. That flashback episode was crazy. Definitely explained why just about that whole town hates Emma. That parting scene with her mom though. All that pain on her face and in her voice...
