Nice flick I enjoyed it. I like Margot Robbie and the girls squad was cool. Would have been great if the movie incorporated batman, the joker, and other dc characters but it is what it is.

Finally watched this and I would say it is an ok film. Harley Quinn was fine but I feel they did not have enough time to introduce the other protagonists.
Find it weird how online people either over compensate because it is female led & make it out to be better than it is or people trash it as terrible because it is female led.
Didn’t feel it was particularly feminist or ‘anti-men’
Was enjoyable & will probably rewatch on lazy weekends in the future. 6/10

Joker was a character study type of movie in my opinion. Phoenix bodied that role and his performance was enjoyable. But that's about it. The movie overall was boring and slow without the burn. When the public crowned this movie I had high expectations so that also has to do with it.
Birds of prey was fun and light. I agree with you that it didnt spend much time on the other characters but it came out ok nevertheless. Margot Robbie carried the movie and I regularly enjoy when shes on the screen.

Get the smaller Batman villains the movies won’t use and Professor Pyg.

Her next appearance is in Gunn’s Suicide Squad. If the word of mouth is good and does well(won’t do as well as the first) they might want to keep Robbie if she wants to another.
I like her as Harley, but leave her and Yan out of the executive decisions....

After four movies she might just be tired of it.
plus the lack of clarity on who or what is the DC timeline hamstrings everything connected to the Snyderverse. Especially if Battinson wants his own Joker, Harley, and Batgirl.
