I hate it when someone asks a question then the person being asked goes on a tangent and doesn't give an answer, once you start throwing insults then you can't even continue the discussion

The crazy thing about Vernon Jones is that he lost a "reverse" racial discrimination case years ago when he hired a bunch of black folks and replaced the positions that white folks held. I'd have to look up the details but he hired like 30 black staff members and fired some white folks so they filed a discrimination suit.

My question though, how are these southern state legislatures able to get these bills passed? This is damning to me considering the majority of the blacks in this country are in the South. Why aren't there any majority black legislatures?

Republicans won the gerrymandering war a few years ago. Districts are drawn up to neutralize non white voting power, even in states where they have the numbers or trending that way.
