Living here in California it's true

Out of towners or transplants are surprised when i tell them that a lot of natives here never seen the beach..people working 2 jobs just for a studio apartment..

And that 2 bedroom apartment here in L.A. is for 2 or 3 people sharing..

People would be surprised to know u have 30 years old and up people living together

Last i checked, engineers, nurses, and IT professionals worked in their field. Math majors are making hella dough whatever job they get. You can make an argument for management


And who said you only need a degree? 23 yr old Trades bring in $30/hr, $40 with over time. Relying on a women to make ends meet #GMB takes no losses

Actually, no.

1. That's the wage for 2 bedroom apartments, so this doesn't mean much for Studios or 1 bedrooms.

2. In a lot of places, it costs more to rent apartments than to pay a mortgage. So you could have a 3 bedroom home
as a single person and pay less than what you pay for a 2 bedroom apartment if you keep your credit game up.
