OK draft him now. At a towering 6'5" and an ability to make a behind the back pass he'll wreck the NBA.

:snoop: Nobody is even talking about drafting him now..But for you to make the claim that 6'5 aint NBA height is idiotic... The lil nikka dont have to grow another inch and he would still have a chance at the league if he developed his skillset

Bol came from a family of extraordinarily tall men and women: "My mother was 6 ft 10 in (2.08 m), my father 6 ft 8 in (2.03 m) and my sister is 6 ft 8 in (2.03 m)", he said. "And my great-grandfather was even taller — 7 ft 10 in (2.39 m)."[3]

That's why I don't see why it's outlandish to say he'll have a chance if he grows another foot. He has the genetics that make it a possibility but let's be real, his path is as a big man. I don't care if he's only 12, he's not going to make the NBA as a 6'5" shooting guard. If his dad was only 7'0", he probably would have never seen the NBA, even at 7'7" he was more of a situational player.

Just about everyone in that video is "NBA height". It takes a lot more than height to make the NBA.

Bol didn't have much skills nor athleticism.

:mindblown: No, lets be real, you dont know what the fukk your talking about. So because his dad was a center, that means his son has to automatically be a center and can't ever develop into a shooting guard? :stopitslime:

Um, you could develop into a shooting guard too, the chances are just so microscopically small that no one cares. The vast majority of everyone that plays basketball as a youth never comes close to sniffing the pros. The vast majority of everyone that is above 6'0" in junior high never comes close to sniffing the pros.

Some of you people need to get over this idea that anyone 6'5 or above has a one way ticket to the NBA. They simply don't. His handles and shot are decent for someone that is taller than everyone else but without freakish height, he doesn't stand out from the pack. He looks and plays like a tall person. That won't translate if he only grows to be 6'9". He'll need to continue to be much taller than everyone else to be a factor.
