Who picked the mavs to come out from the west and play in the finals back in October? Most experts expected the nuggets to go back to the finals and win their second straight championship.

Everyone knew the Celtics would be the eastern representative in the nba finals. I was never worried about the bucks/Sixers/cavs/Knicks back in October.

After the trade deadline, I kept saying Dallas was a dark horse in the West. The conference was too loaded to definitively say one team was gonna get to the Finals but this does not surprise me at all.
