It's their first time here.

This is what happens to everybody. It's a process and they took a giant step forward this year. Minny has nothing to be ashamed about.

Ant's had a down series but he will learn from this and be better as a result.

Everybody expects perfection out of these guys, especially young players after they break out or have a stretch of great games. I wish people would let these players breathe and grow.

And if a player doesn't have it one series or year, it's not the end of the world. Everybody before them has failed and had disappointing moments.
