The stats (which you haven't actually provided) can say whatever they want to say, but commonsense say that if you can't live with someone, then your marriage is probably not going to work out
This isn't the 60's. I'm willing to bet that a lot of things have changed since then
You actually didn't prove your argument either. If anything you live with some precisely because you don't want to get married. Living with someone is no intro to marriage. Not legally, not socially, and certainly not financially. The desire to live with someone without the benefit of marriage is proof positive that that person has commitment issues. It's an easy out (unlike marriage) it's non committal at it's heart, it's essentially a way to by pass marriage.
