Is this(MOS)part of a series?? ie (Dark Knight Rises)
It is the first installment of the shared universe WB/DC wants to make but its not connected to any of the past movies. Is this(MOS)part of a series?? ie (Dark Knight Rises)
I just saw this on HBO last weekend. I thought it was awkward.. Its not bad its not good ... it's just different.. It needs repeat viewings ...
The fact that Lois knows he's Clark .. Hell, the way it's written I think Smallville knows Supes is Clark ... Pete knows cause they made eye contact when they destroyed the IHOP..
It has classic Nolan style with the contant time jumps ..
Supes killing Zod was out of character but they did show him distrought about doing it
The only thing that fukked me up was how fast he was flying. Oh and him and Zod throwing each other into buildings. What's the point in having an action scene that intense if no one can see what's going on?
I agree with you on killing Zod. He didn't want to but he was left with no choice. I remember thinking that exact same thing when o first saw the movie.
One thing about that ZOD killing.. they way it looked the people could've actuualy run away while supes was holding his head. Was is supposed to be that they were cornered ... because the way the CGI looked I was a little baffled they didnt just run
i for one was glad when he killed zod. i was actually waiting for him to use the heat vision and give him a lobotomy.
but its obviously a different superman. dude watched pops kent die in that tornado, he was just a different guy. thought they way they had him going around and saving people in certain situations as he got older was cool.
those kryptonian usb drives were hilarious to me for some reason.
you don't think it made sense he killed zod?Movie was terrible and that building destruction plot hole was an immense insult to everyones intelligence.
Then Superman snapped Zods neck and killed him?
The script and director completely missed the point of Superman as a hero, they failed at capturing the essence of the character and for that the movie was above average at best.
Then there's the whole non-linear plot, that was a terrible idea.
i didnt feel like he didnt want him to use the powers at all, just not until the time was right. its one thing to save some dudes on an oil tanker in the middle of nowhere, but another thing entirely to expose your powers to everyone in your small ass hometown when you're like 16 (or however old he was there)But his POPS basically committed suicide. He really didnt want Clark using his powers at all ... Basically he was like your powers shouldnt change the natural flow of events.. let the world of events play out as if you didnt exist.
