I hope the rumours of there being no kryptonite and superman's weakness being his struggle with isolation aren't true. Cuz if they are this movie is sounding like some pretentious melodramatic trash

No need for Kryponite in this movie. He has to actually fight someone who is at his power level. But it makes sense for him to be isolated, he is the last of his people trapped in a world full of weak human beings who could potentially look at him like he is God. That would depress most people. But I know the Coli brehs, if we had those powers we would rule the Earth with an IRON HAND!

Supposedly the suit doesn't have any muscle padding or anything:

Superman’s costume, is a three-layer costume; there’s a body-skin layer and then there’s a muscle layer that was molded to Henry’s muscles – it’s a silver, metallic rubber – and then over that is a mesh skin so whenever he turns into light it looks like he’s made of steel....It’s just incredible, the design of the film is fantastic. All the concepts and the designs is just remarkable and they didn’t have to build fake muscles for Henry because he’s really built

Mind you I dont have a personal trainer and wasnt in the gym for like 2 hours a day and eating 5000 calories....but its a solid workout
