Question, would these people be as riled up and psychologically frothing at the mouth, if not for right wing echo chamber force feeding them these comically anti-obama narratives daily?
Of course not. Something has to be galvanizing these people to the point where it's at today. We have to remember that lots and lots of people don't have the critical thinking skills that others do, as well as the fact that many don't have the spare time needed to fact check and follow up on claims made by various sources. Combine that with the authority that comes with being a compounded media effort that not only has loads and loads of money pushing the same message every day, but the fact that they've managed, despite all their power and being the biggest in the media business, to make themselves the victims of the "mainstream."
The threat of a looming power coming to get them plus loads and loads of financial resources for broadcasting plus a very simplified and easy-to-understand (yet incorrect) message makes for the perfect storm for owner-group frenzied stupidity.
Glad that my 1,000th post was in higher learning.
