wrong. thats not what this or any other country is about.
cause what you do with your body will cost me in the long run.
lets say you blow herb and bam you end up with a mental illness because he woke up something in the back of your head. now you since you are stone crazy. you cant work a regular job and earn a check. now you're getting a Federal and state check for mental illnesses. who's paying for this? ME. not you, cause we know you're to crazy to work. all cause you wanted to blow that herb.
so yes, your actions do affect me.
Okay, so say if weed actually opens the floodgates to psychosis and other mental illnesses hypothetically speaking, why are states decriminalizing it, and better yet, doctors prescribing it to help with mental issues such as depression, anxiety, etc?
You too, sound like you're buying into govt propaganda. Anyone who went batshyt on weed would probably go batshyt on alcohol or anything else. I do believe that SOME people should NOT smoke weed, but those are a small minority. If weed increased everyone's mental issues, then a large chunk of this country should be going psycho and eating faces right about now because trust me, I've seen everyone from average working class to entrepreneurs, lawyers, cops, teachers, etc smoke weed with my own eyes, hell, I've even passed it to em. Of course most people who smoke aren't going to do it around those who openly take a stance against it for obvious reasons, but just because they use enough discretion to not do it around you doesn't mean that they don't do it. You'd be shocked at the amount of people who spark up on their own time.
