The number of question marks you felt the video necessitated shows we are not watching the same video. I already said he punched him after slamming him. Him being "out of it" is not the same as him being unconscious, and it is nowhere near "essentially the same as curb stomping someone while they're out of it on the ground." He hit him, saw that he was done, and decided he didn't need hit him again and walked away. That's what would be important if it went to court.Are we not watching the same video???
He literally punched the dude after slamming on the ground when it was obvious he was out of it. It’s essentially the same as curb stomping someone while they’re out of it on the ground.
No reasonable person, either an attorney, or someone on a jury, would conclude that what he did was "essentially the same as curb stomping someone while they're out of it on the ground." Well, unless they were LITERALLY an internet sissy, I guess...
