Usually we agree but not on this one. People get charged with manslaughter (voluntary and involuntary) on the back of bar fights, self defense, and everything else on a regular basis. A good attorney can mitigate the risk of it sticking but there's definitely a significant risk if creh died from this.
All that said, I'm bout as dead as crew's vertebrae after watching him swing and try to run away like a 6 year old lil brother.
