My old boss use to be fat as shyt, 300+ lbs, and he would run 6 miles a day and have an apple for dinner
Looks like a different person, probably 150ish now
He’s probably skinny fat as shyt but you can’t tell with clothes on

Oh shyt!! Ok..so the goal aint to lose weight..i should be building muscle..

So should i toss the scale out? I heard we shouldn't be runnin at all.

at your height/weight you're going to need to lose weight.

Honestly...at the beginning all you have to do is change how you're eating and you'll see the pounds come off.

Lift weights though.
