I saw shyt like that damn near everyday when I was younger, working in a warehouse setting. Mexicans and east Asians always played around, touching ass, grabbing a handful of nuts. Then just giggle about it among each other. shyt was dumbass uncomfortable, especially when they would grab tools and do that with each other. I kept a scowl on my face because I wasn't interested in being friendly in that way.
