This is the very next frame, cop isn’t pulling him. He just touched his arm and now dudes whole neck and body just melts.
Then somehow he dives to the ground away from the cop. If the cop was pulling him he would have fallen forward out of the wheelchair toward the cop.
It’s clear he’s playing up on the shyt to get paid.
I ain’t mad at him, nore am i defending the cops, but that cop ain’t make that dudes whole body melt like he got the vulcan grip or some shyt.
