Greeny more than likely never wanted the Countdown job anyways and only took it in the first place because they threw the bag at them.
It was a step down for him anyways as he was playing fiddle to the other guys on the panel.

It’s hilarious though because people complained about Rachel Nichols but ESPN is essentially creating the same issues all over again while giving Malika all the high profile spots at the expense of the other women on their roster.

Will be interesting what happens down the road, her and Molly won’t be able to pull the stunts that they pull on ESPN and in Malika’s case how she moves makes me think she isn’t looked at favorably by her peers and other NBA players.

Will also be interesting what happens going forward, Stephen A is the face of ESPN right now and with the recent layoffs and his statements makes me believe that his name will come up soon and if that happens, she’s will become the face of the network.

Also the NBA contract with ESPN is up soon and NBC is moving heaven, earth, and hell to get it, what happens when they do get it? Isn’t Malika’s expertise just basketball? So what happens when you take basketball away (at least professional)? And like I said in the first part of this post I think she’s looked at unfavorably and you know ol girl from NBC that used to work for ESPN is like “don’t hire this woman”

Nah, this situation is more like Sage Steele, who in the end was found out to be a bytch

The next face of the network after SAS will be McAfee and not Malika as she can easily be replaced with other ESPN women waiting in the wings. That goes for Molly as well as some of the other fill in women on FT (outside of Shae Cornette) has done just as good of a job as she has.

Malika has a long ways to go if she wants to become the conservative voice of the network loke Safe Steele.

it's plain as day that the NBA players she works with and her male colleagues CANNOT stand her. :sas1: has already had to check her on air before.

and she's talked to perk, jalen and RJ on air like they were children.

To be honest with ya, the only way she'll ever face a reprimand is if the mother of one these young men that she attacks publicly criticizes her, and brings up her history of hatred towards black men.

I guarantee you that'll get ESPN's attention
