I made a thread about that once, how some of John Wayne Gacy's victims (the few who survived) didn't even report him even after he'd tried to kill them, and the ones who did report him weren't believed. Male rape/sexual assault victims are even less likely to report than females for the exact reason you say.

the article says he's got a 2012 case where he met victim at his job & is listed as a sex offender for it. the charge listed states implies the victim from 2012 is 14/15
