What happened?
I unintentionally made a “live in-play - commercial break only” bet on the NBA finals game on Tuesday, thinking it was in commercial break (my TV stream is 30 seconds behind) - however, the game was already in progress. The wager should have been cancelled, and I reported this to customer support for 4 days straight and they are refusing to cancel the wager. Saying “all live wagers are final according to the system”
