Costa Rica-based sportsbook 5Dimes will block access for US customers, hinting that it may look to secure licenses to move into the US regulated betting market.
The operator, which does not yet hold any US licences but is popular among American bettors, will stop taking bets from US IP addresses from September 21.
Players must make final withdrawal requests by September 25, and funds that cannot be delivered to players by September 30 will be deemed abandoned.
In a message to customers, the operator did not explicitly say it would enter the regulated market, but said the growth of legal betting prevented an opportunity to offer a new service to customers.
Not a snowballs chance in hell they are allowed in a regulated U.S. market with the shyt they are pulling now.
Freerolling is one of the biggest "no no's" in the betting industry.

They are grading "losing" futures bets as "losers" and any winning future bets as a "refund" of your wager amount.
Example:
You bet $1,000 on the Jazz to win the Western Conference. That has been graded as a "loss" and 5dimes has taken collected on the $1,000.
You bet $1,000 on the Clippers/Lakers/Nuggets (one of them will win) to win the Western Conference, and if they do not win it before September 21st, they are grading it as a "refund", and you get your wager amount back.
This means the best a player can do is get a refund, and the book can ONLY make a profit. As a player you CAN'T win in that scenario.
Also, if you have a three team parlay like this:
$1,000
+1000 (Win)
+500 (Win)
+700 (Pending future bet that we will say is an NBA bet)
This is where you (me and others) REALLY get fukked. That play is being graded as "cancelled" and you are ONLY getting the wager amount back. These bytches aren't grading it as a two team parlay even though the first two parts already won. And, they are not offering fair value for the third part of the parlay.
This is beyond absurd. I hope they burn.
