The trend of the NFL is that teams struggle, people dismiss them. On the flip side, teams play well for a short while and people jump on their wagon.

When they clash, the end result is the "hot" team lays an egg and the "struggling" team, especially when the game is on the road...and the team they are playing is not THAT bad to begin with. Home team comes out motivated af.
