NBA season winding down....and the schedule is getting thinner by the day.

Time to brush up on baseball.

Hit a 3-teamer yesterday. All run liners. ChiSox, A's, and Dodgers.

anybody have suggestions on what the best betting website (as far as interface, easy to make deposits, etc) I'm in the South part of the U.S. so I can't use every site.

I got Bovada but it won't let me make a deposit with my debit, smh.

If you have Cash App, deposit money there, then sell into BTC, and then transfer to Bovada. It's pretty easy and quick.

And, I would have recommended 5dimes, but it's been fukk them since September 2020.:pacspit::pacspit::pacspit::pacspit::pacspit:.

Then bovada pays you back in bitcoin?

Yes, that is how I received payment from them. That's really the only way I've received payment from any sportsbook since 2017.

I like the prop bets that Bovada has, but their interface annoys me sometimes. Also, depending on how much you want to wager, they seem to start with lower limits than most books. I'm not talking about laying $50,000 down, but if you wanted to put $1,000 on a team to win the Super Bowl right now, I'm pretty sure you would be limited to close to $500.

I think it's solid, easy to use, easy to deposit, and easy to withdraw. I would say the ease of withdrawal for a sportsbook is maybe the most important aspect. I think I waited less than one day to get my first payment. Other books that I've used took multiple days, and always had some issue.

I loved 5dimes, and it was probably the best sportsbook in the industry. Long story short, the owners wife (he was murdered) came to an agreement with the U.S. government to not take U.S. customers anymore as of September 20, 2020. However, I had a bunch of future bets such as Rodgers to win MVP, and Celtics to win the Eastern Conference. I would have won around $15,000 if the Celtics won the Eastern Conference. They were going to void all bets that did not settle before that set date. So, I would have bet around $5,000 on the Heat to hedge my bet, but the series would not have finished by that date, so any bet I had with the Celtics was voided. The bigger issue for people is that in the sports betting industry, there can NEVER be a loser without a winner.

So, here's what was pissing many people off:

Say you bet on the Knicks to win the NBA Championship last season. Well, the sportsbook graded that bet as a LOSS before September 20th. However, if you bet on any team that was remaining in the playoffs, they were "voiding" that bet. So, it was impossible for them to lose any of those future bets. They would collect on those teams that had zero chance, and would "void" all bets that could have hit. That is beyond ridiculous.

I probably lost out on around $15,000-20,000 in winning because of them.

I would say this about 5dimes.

Depending on the country you guys are in, I loved the sportsbook. I could always receive live help quickly. However, the way things ended sucked. Now, I know 5dimes almost had to make that decision as they want to become a legal sportsbook in the U.S., but they really fukked over a lot of people.

@BucciMane

I’ve seen you mention waiting for deposits to clear in time for a game.

so FYI in the two times I’ve deposited with BetOnline, the deposits showed up within minutes.

Usually mine on Bovada have been taking about 30-60 minutes. I don't think it's terrible, but I'm using BTC. Not sure how you're depositing, but I'm assuming the same?

Might be a silly question but what's a decent amount to deposit using the CashApp Bitcoin route Bovada?
