I might have some nice change coming my way. I operate on 100% commission (with a draw) for my job, and apparently the pay laws changed here almost two years ago, and people that worked with my company for the past year or two that have left have been getting $30,000+ for their settlements due to pay. I worked more than a lot of them and performed at the top, so if I decide to get a settlement, I might be looking at close to $80,000..
