Guys Felton is very movable, because he is being paid second string PG money. I know as Knicks fans we either overvalue or undervalue or assets but this time just follow the money. As a backup PG Felton will have value around the league. Its not like the Knicks overpauid him like Lin.

Agreed to some extent. Raymond Felton Contracts, Salaries, Cap Hits, & News Profile

Sub $4 mil cap hit and a player option for the last year. They'll be some sucker for him

Even Toney Douglas might get a ring with Miami this year. :lbafro:

That's cool and all till they remember how he blew up in Denver and Portland. And I don't mean that in a good way.

Packaging with Tyson and either Shump and or Timmy will be the end result of this. Not sure how I feel about that.

Felton and Chandler are getting packaged for a Pick

I could see that happening but it would be for players back, who has a tpe or cap space that large?

As a cheap backup who cares, also keep in mind teams can send back their own backup/trash player in a trade.

As for packaging him with shump or Tyson idk. Tyson is going to be hard to move because his contract is so large as is, adding Felton just adds more money to that trade. As for shump and Timmy both those dudes values are lower than they should be right now. If the Knicks run a system built to help roleplayers like the Triangle it doesn't make sense to get rid of the teams only two young roleplayers prior to building up their value in the Triangle.

:beli: Why you trolling us breh?

Who's next to go miami.... Landry fields?
I kinda wanna neg you for this. :ld:

:umad2014:

My post was in response to the post regarding whether Felton can be packaged and accepted by another team. If sloppy Toney can be moved, it's likely that Felton can be shown those 'deavors. The legal problem may be a hindrance...unless his contract is voidable if he is found guilty, and if so, I guess it can be treated like an expiring contract.

No troll...no negs...:damholdon:

Stephen A reporting that Brian Shaw is trying to get out of his deal in Denver.:ehh:

Yep its the smart move man, he is being set up to fail in Denver. The writing is on the wall that he'll likely be fired in a year or two.

If he can get that knick job he'll likely be set.

That's the part that concerns me.

Teams are gonna play hardball and either try to give us trash on long deals or ask more from us just because of who we are. It's no longer paranoia, teams actively look to fukk us over. Phil can tel Ray he's getting traded all he wants, when training camp starts and I still see Ray sniffin his nose in that annoyin ass way or poundin his chest before a freethrow in a Knick jersey because we couldn't get a reasonable trade partner I won't be surprised.
