Sterling still owns the team huh :sas1:

CP3 wants to boycott if there isn't a resolution :sas2:

CP3 might make history and bring a suit of his own to void his Clippers contract if that happens huh:sas2:

We have all this cap space in 2015 huh...:sas2:

Hmm... Keep up the Fight Sterling... we support you :shaq:

Coli Brehs/Brehettes, I have to apologize for saying Cole is better than Noah. That's not fair to Noah because he has proven himself more than Cole has. Cole hasn't had a chance to do that. I believe he can, and so does Phil, but until he does, my statement was nothing but conjecture. I actually hesitated to post per 36 stats because they assume a person can handle full minutes over an 82 game season, and perform under that load. Cole hasn't had a chance to prove it. Noah hasn't even proven it either because he's only played more than 66 games once in the last 5 years and when he finally did it (this season), he had to have knee surgery. I do wanna point out that those claiming Cole can't be better than Noah if given the minutes is also conjecture because we don't know that either.

:russ:
The most condescending post I've seen on the coli so far.

But yea, those per 36 stats... Be careful. I do think Cole can be a serviceable big man though.

Dealing w/ uncalled fouls from superstar & allstar centers will be Cole's test. shyt gets dirty down in the paint.

Are we still looking at Bargnani starting at the 5 and....

Wait...

Can anybody give me an update ont his fukking guy Bargnani? Is he walking, playing, full contact. I'm very concerned, shyt has been too quite for an injury first classified as day - day...

:heh: Not when people are saying Lj plays defense. Not when people are comparing Lj's and Durant's success on stacked teams to 'Melo's success on non-championship teams. Not when people are saying Paul George is better than 'Melo. I'm good on the schooling from the coli :comeon: but I'll still share my thoughts. :ehh:

He was overseas training with his home-country's squad. He will not play with them....he is just training.

Phil Jackson says Andrea Bargnani can do well in Knicks’ system

LAS VEGAS - Unable to move the expiring contract of Andrea Bargnani so far this summer, Phil Jackson instead attempted to talk up the No. 1 overall pick from 2006 during a televised interview on Monday.

"He's overlooked. We think he's going to really do well in the system we have," Jackson said of Bargnani on MSG Network during the second quarter of the Knicks' 95-72 Summer League victory over Charlotte. "We have a couple of guards he likes to play with, Jose (Calderon) and Pablo (Prigioni), and I think he's going to be a surprise and a pleasant one for our fans."

Bargnani, obtained from Toronto last summer, averaged 13.3 points over 42 games with the Knicks last season before suffering a season-ending elbow injury in January. The seven-foot Italian is owed $12 million in the final year of his contract.

At the 3:02 minute mark of this link (http://www.msg.com/videos/index.html?tag=New-York-Knicks) Mills said he's, “over his injury, in good shape, out on the court shooting”. Mills went on to say, “we didn't have players out there for contact but he looks like he's in good shape.” @JerryHoover65 on Twitter also said he saw him and he looks good but I can't find the tweet. Here's the most recent pic of the training @Cory MBA referred to:

I don't believe this tabloid that Phil tried to move him at all. Who were they gonna get? Old Gasol. I believe Phil wanted to move STAT, tho, because his allergy to passing makes him unfit for the Triangle. Bargs is a good and willing passer.

'Melo Doesn't Believe NY Is That Far Away From A Ch'ip:
I want to win. I don't care about the money. I believe Phil will do what he has to do to take care of that. I don't think we're that far away. People use 'rebuilding' too loosely. It was overwhelming. It was stressful in the final days, one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. I was flip-flopping. It was hard. It was Chicago, but then after I met with L.A., it was L.A. But it came back to Chicago -- and was pretty much always Chicago or New York. That's a situation where I could have walked in now to an opportunity to compete for the next however many years. It's a matter of me believing in the organization, believing in Phil. I wanted to go somewhere where I can end my career. I feel like we have a brand-new team. It's a new beginning. It's exciting.

On 'The Big 3' in Miami Disbanding:
There's balance from one to eight right now. The East is balanced.

In Chicago, he can't “compete for how ever many years” because Rose and Noah are always hurt and the owner never brings in help. He always put everything on Rose and Noah, despite the failure of that approach. A 34 year old Pau Gasol is not the answer for striking out on 'Melo. Rose won't even play when he's been cleared to play because he's too busy protecting his money. I love him, but it's true.

Dolan never knew what he was doing, but he was never cheap. He paid 'Melo, Amar'e, Tyson etc. The problem was that he also paid katz like D'Antoni. Good thing he paid Phil to run things. NY was 'Melo's best choice to win, by a landslide, and he got $124M. That boy hit the jackpot! :snoop:

Those are all of his statements. The link below will just have SleazSPN's (aka ESPN's) propaganda sprinkled in. If you don't mind that, the link is below.

Did y'all see this article from Zach Lowe written 4 months ago? It's long as usual (if you skip the part about Kobe, it's much shorter), but it's good (not that I agree with every part). The title is:

The Zen Master of Puppets: What Phil Jackson Can Do and the Knicks Must Do to Succeed
All of this assumes, of course, that Anthony comes back — either for one year under the terms of his player option, via a five-year/$130 million max-level contract, or, in perhaps the happiest scenario for New York, on a new deal that carries a small discount. An extra few million could absolutely matter as the Knicks clear the Bargnani, Chandler, and Amar’e Stoudemire contracts off their books in the summer of 2015 and hungrily look to replenish.
