Some random thoughts

Kathleen Zellner law assistants (or whatever they are called) are all suspiciously handsome. Not like professional model handsome but "Yeah, I've been in some commercials" handsome

The shade she threw on Dean and Jerry (SA old legal team) was so off base. She clearly has more resources then they ever did, despite being top lawyers, so of course she's gonna find stuff they didn't find in a case like this. But even they said it's a well-known tactic in the legal world to get a new trial so they took it with stride.

While I think her track record shows she's a great lawyer I never got that genuine "looking for justice vibe" from her which I got from Dean and Jerry and also Brendan's team. She's in it for her ego, which can be a great driving force.

Overall this season was 3-4 eps too long. Way too many scenes of the families doing the same stuff they did the last time we saw them but older. Call me when that brainwave stuff can be used in court cause right now it looks like something from a season 5 eps of The Simpsons.

But my feeling is the same. Brendan clearly didn't do shyt and if Steve did it he's the most cunning criminal ever caught.

1. He beat a murder and was set to make millions of dollars. Lottery winners dont commit murder right before they receive their payout.

2. The prosecutors behavior was way too personal. Ken whatever his face. Like he had a grudge.

3. Brendan's attorney's chumminess with the prosecution.

4. The brother in law Scott's testimony. If I getter jammed up my brother in law is not taking the stand and if he is he not gonna make my case worse.

5. Steven passed the brainwave test. A test more reliable, in opinion, than a polygraph.

6. The fact that he was in custody when all of a sudden Teresa key appears in Steven's trailer in the middle of the floor. When the cops had already been there for days.

7. The cop with the glasses unreliable testimony.

8. The fact that the coroner was not allowed to investigate Teresa's death.

9. The fact that evidence was with held.

10. Steven has a trustworthy vibe, the opposing side not so much. Seems like the defense is playing by the rules and the prosecution not so much. It should be the opposite.

11. STEVENS STORY NEVER CHANGES. But everyone else's does .

Many of those reasons fall under the umbrella of police corruption but whatever. Could think of several more.
beat the rape and the attempted

no amount of money can offset 18 years of your life

the victim was coached into pointing steve out the same way that frame up confession

got coached out of ole mice and men nephew boy

the needle hole in the blood vial

I only watched 4 episodes of last season and knew he didn’t do it and that he’s being framed by the county/govt. I’m not interested in it anymore but he gonna need some big dogs to get him out.

For those that think he did it. What makes you guys think he did it?? What evidence?

I'm not entirely sure he's guilty because the procecution is shyt but..

He's the last one to see her alive if nobody can really prove (not just insinuate like Zellner did) that his nephew Bobby followed her.

If you see the entire confession of Brendan Dassey, some details are fed to him but sometimes it sounds like just him snitching.
When he say to his mother "The cops are in my head", she ask if if he really did all that and he answer "not really" like he did some of it.

These two have "patsy" written all over them. That shyt ain't right. They coerced that confession out of Brendan (who's borderline retarded).

This case should’ve been thrown out for reasonable doubt of evidence but brehs something just rubs me wrong about Steven Avery (n/h)

:jbhmm:

I don’t like to judge but he comes off as a red neck trailer cac that would do something like this :patrice:

That's the ONLY reason why he in prison really.

Sarcasm? Because that isn't believable, in the least. The police (who specifically? Homicide, Rank and file, the upper level brass) murdered an innocent woman, to pin the murder on Steven Avery? The cover up included the DA's office, the judge, the medical examiners, the FBI agents that assisted?

There is corruption and just near incomprehensible actions committed esp. in the Midwest and South, smaller cities, and for sure, there was corruption here. But, to suggest that is outlandish. I suppose it made for good tv. But, how would that conspiracy work? "Hey, we should just murder a women who interacts with Steven Avery, to dodge the lawsuit, what do you think Brad"? "Well sure, we'll kill her and plant the body on his property".
Breh just watch the second season. It answers every question you're asking.
