This analogy doesn't really work in this case. If anything the man would be the CEO because he's the one who leads the household, the one who's supposed to be the provider and protector, the one who has the power to gift the woman with a child. He's also the one who has more at stake if he doesn't choose wisely.

IE, being ran through the white man's court system. Possibly going to jail over it. Possibly losing the respect of your children. Possibly having your children molested by some strange man that the woman would bring into the household after you're out of the picture. Possibly not being able to see your children unless the female decides she will allow you to. Your child possibly growing up and becoming criminals or slaves to the prison industrial complex because they were never raised by a positive constructive father figure. And then the cycle repeats with their children and their children's children. And before you know it the entire Community is fukked up like it is today.
