Bring it:rudy:

I've had the same style before, and it feels fine. I'm sure you have female acquaintances who have also sported the same style--it is very popular.

Nah honestly those are the females I avoided. I'm not a fan of fake hair. Black girls can make twists with their own hair, don't know why they are puttin in fake braids. IN the 60-80's Black women used to be proud of their hair... What in the heezy happened?

I wear my hair natural, but will wear twists/extensions as a protective style, especially during the summer.. Doesn't have anything to do with me not being proud of my hair.

Breakage.

It really irks me when men try to tell women what we should be doing with our hair like they know anything about it. They don't understand protective styling. Everything to some of these guys is just self-hatred, like us being versatile with our hair means we obviously hate ourselves.

its because black men are new to the concept of wearing weave to protect your hair. im starting to think y'all should take tips on hair care from us. black men do a better job of growing their hair than black women. :queen:

It's funny, because a lot of guys that I know who love natural hair on women are very knowledgeable of natural hair care.

The hairstyles you men wear aren't as diverse as ours. Women manipulate their hair more than men, which leads to breakage, so a lot of what we have to do is figure out how we can wear our hair cute while at the same time preventing breakage.
