they like artificial due to low self esteem, let me get a rhionplasty cuz my nose is to big, let me wear makeup to enhance my looks because on its own i think its ugly.
Of course not everything a woman does is about a guy, its to raise her self esteem to get attention from both genders.
There are men who do just that. Men do things to look better to the opposite sex and other men. It's just that women's methods are more easily obtained.
My point was some people like those superficial things and to them that is beauty. Some men like breast implants and it's nothing wrong with a woman getting some to make herself look "better". Some men would prefer real but will take either. Some men think women with natural hair is a step down from straight.
