drake would destroy pusha. let's not get shyt twisted, fellas. he may be a cornball and borderline gay, but drake can spit as well as ANYONE in the game right now. there's a reason few people challenge dude. they know he would split their wig open with his response.

Anyone? For real? Na even you know he cant. No doubt, he has skills but he cant compare to elites and others who have more miles than him.

You're right. What his catalogue is missing is a song from the point of view of a slice of pizza.

You're right. What his catalogue is missing is a song from the point of view of a slice of pizza.

hear him, as soon as you peer him
Upon my arrival, suburban families cheer him
Just like a sicilian, the slice tends to steer 'em
Through a life in the Caesars lane, like Italian engineerum
No household can devour all the food i've procured
From delivery to digiornos to dominos to sellin it cheap
For every pie I try to sell in the store
It's like salmonella to the store that's sellin it raw
So many receive ya
I'm on top with the cheese, move over chucky
I force feed ya the family meal
Pizza like child's play, lunch and dinner is real
Within each slice you see the crust unveiled
They manufacture garbage as they lie to themselves
Sausages on the string by the yard
Bouncin like a yo-yo, they prayin I'm never low carb

unlike you, i don't hate on artists i don't like. i think drake's soft ass music is wack, and i don't fukk with him or the ym team. but, i recognize talent. i've always said drake could be someone i'd actually listen to if he decided to spit for nikkas instead of bytches.

and get the fukk OUT OF HERE comparing him to a talentless nikka like big sean. be real wit yourself, fam.

as a lyricist, drake has excellent structure, vocab, flow, and cadence. it's not even debatable, and those who disagree aren't being objective. technically, drake is as nice as any of the big dogs you can name.

prove me wrong.

no hate, first off. i like dude.
but some of ya'll sayin pusha the god :heh:
dude has no stretch, his boundaries are about as minimal as i've ever seen in a rapper.
i ain't talkin content either.
his flow is a talkin ass flow. dare him to do something mc like :jawalrus:

"push got these streets locked...take down,
folks in my zone know not to stay round,
my blocks be zipped up like they pounds,
all 7 dwarves of Snow White, they down.
yeaugh...

add on.

are you serious? that reads nothing like a pusha verse. i think pusha is a little too smart with it for most people, him and his brother have always been the intricate coke rappers, that sh!t you just wrote look like gucci mane wrote it

The punchline based rhyme scheme drake picked up after his mixtapes is essentially the same thing Big Sean popularized in his finally famous mixtapes. I don't think either guy is talented. Everything Drake does is lifted off another cat, his flow, his style. He's a commercial product for females and bytchmade ninjas. Drake even admits it kid:

Drake Speaks On Getting One Of His Flows From Big Sean(Calls Out A Ludacris Line) | RealTalkNY

Fakkit Aubrey said:
Drake: Well, that flow has been killed by so many rappers. And, I never want to use that flow again in life. [Laughs] I wanted to take if off my album, because I was like, “I shut ‘em down. Onyx.” I hate the fact that that rhyme is still in there. To be honest, that flow, you can trace it back to like…I trace it back to Big Sean (artist on Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music). That’s the first guy I heard utilize that flow throughout the duration of a verse. I’ll give him that credit. I think Kanye got it from him. Me and Wayne found a dope way to do it. I don’t want to sound cocky, but the best way its been used was on “Forever.” Those lines just all individually make so much sense. They’re all punchlines. Then a bunch of rappers started doing it and using the most terrible references in the world. I don’t want to offend somebody…I hate that rappers picked that flow up. I wish they had left that for people that know how to use it. [They go like] “It’s a parade! MACY’S!”
I don't think any of the big dogs today are nice on the mic at all, nobody cares about that shyt. I don't think Drake could take Pusha though, as the topic says. He didn't even get back at common the second time so i dont even think heart is a question.

100% TRUTH. People will hate and refuse to admit it, but deep down, it's just a fact. There is no denying the guy has talent, but he just chooses to aim that talent in a direction that not everyone can get onboard with. Anyone denying his ability is honestly just a spiteful hater.

:comeon:

jay-z arguably stole young chris' flow. does that mean young chris is as nice as jay?? it's a silly argument. i already laid out where drake excels:

vocab

delivery

cadence

timing

structure

sean has none of that. he has no vocab. his flow is basic compared to drake's. so, your argument has no feet to stand on. at its core, drake's music -- from an objective standpoint -- is quite accomplished in its development. his only problem is that he makes music for, as YOU just said, bytches.

you can't name an artist that hasn't been influenced by his/her peers. nicki was influenced by kim. as i already said, jay was definitely influenced by young chris. but, that doesn't mean there aren't additional ingredients to talent that deserve recognition.

you do your argument a disservice by trying to claim drake is as mediocre as some bum like big sean.

Wow for someone who doesnt like Drake u sure go hard for him :youngsabo:

And if being able to spit is all that is required to win this battle then dudes are evenly matched.

Both have pretty limited subject matter
Both rely heavily on production (remember Grindin)
Both have "the right cosigns"
Both generally bore me to tears

So kermie why do you think Drake is the clear champ? It can only be because he has the court of public opinion on his side, which has nothing to do w/rap

If he didn't want it with Drake, why does he keep sonning him on tracks?. Pusha knows that Drake isn't built for beef after what both Common and Ludacris did to him.

he hasn't sonned drake on his best day.

:laff:

yall are crazy. exodus is BARELY tolerable. sounds like something pusha wrote while taking a shyt. drake will spit a verse that sends this nikka's cornrows running, having him look like malice when it's all said and done.

some of you really need to stop smoking weed. you're not thinking clearly.
