You know HHH is already sending his people to scout him :russ:

he was a complete HHH clone when he was on ring warriors.

looks like he switched it up when Impact gave him a match in vegas.

WWE poached Riddle, allegedly Shane Strickland

Riddle was long gone from MLW by the time WWE signed him.

dude was pre-fusion era.

To say WWE poached Riddle from MLW is a bit silly. He had the PWG/Evolve connection, and they only offered him a contract when they did because NJ wanted him. I don't think MLW or his work in MLW (like...three matches) was even a consideration in his hiring.

riddle turned down a previous WWE deal(s) tho.

new japan shoulve BEEN signed him.

I mean the final deal that was significantly higher than previous offers was only because he was about to sign with NJ.

The Riddle thing is kind of fascinating because he could have been a PC prospect they trained from the ground up but instead told him to go to the indies (particularly EVOLVE) and then they could later bring him in as an indie star. HHH playing 8th dimensional backgammon :wow:

Permanently? I know Tony wasn't there for their Philadelphia tapings, but I didn't think anything of it because Striker and that Rich guy are always trading off.

Nah......Tony does Georgia college basketball games n prolly not coming back till the season over.

MLW gets pretty good size crowds. :ohhh:
Was Intimidation Games in Chicago?

They broke an attendance record the last time they were there. I think it was something like 2,000 people which I think is really good number for them.

They seem to draw decent crowds in Chicago, Philly and Miami and they have a lot of good talent. I just wish they were better at writing episodic television/feuds. Other than Lawlor/Low Ki (which at times felt like an afterthought), it's really just random matches.
