This storm is bigger than those. If you not prepared then idk… you playing Russian Roulette. Sandbags most likely won’t do shyt against 3-6 feet of water.. what you think 10-15 gonna do

Sandbags are worthless against storm surge past say 3 feet. And that's if you get a ton of them and stack them in multiple layers. Far from foolproof but better than nothing, I guess.

She has a 7 passenger vehicle. Somebody is sitting in somebody's lap. Once we get outta dodge we can stop and stretch our legs.

I guess it's because I grew up with hurricanes. Staying just might mean your life if you live close enough to the water. A day of mild discomfort is worth saving your life.
