Its going to take 2-3 years for sure, Fickell looks dedicated to really making Recruiting a thing. Chryst really didn't care about doing it right, its why our Offensive Line is just poor right now. Now unless Day gets fired/leaves, Fickell looks to be here for the long haul.

This recruiting class is going to be nice, but everyone knows this is a project.
