There was a postal employee last year that got busted stealing mail in Bethesda, Maryland. He would steal checks then change them up to different amounts in his name.

Dummy got caught cuz he was passing out handwritten Christmas cards to the (white) folks on his route. One of them recognized his handwriting and signature, went to the bank and pulled up an image of the forged check and got him. Idiot.

Real dumb, apparently he was already under investigation and they were watching him. He knew it was getting close and they arrested this MF at Dulles trying to board a flight to Africa lmaooo they probably threw the book at him for trying to flee the country

Carriers in wealthy neighborhoods sometimes get gifts from the people on their routes. This guy was trying to get some gifts with his "heartfelt, personally hand written" greeting cards, and maybe throw the trail off himself.

Backfired like a MFer.

Also, as the Postal Inspection cop said in the video, dumb ass thieves think they are getting away with crimes when in fact authorities are building cases against them as suspects, and just waiting for a break.
