I remember the Bulls were on a winning streak and thought they might beat the 33 win streak record and then played Denver this game...and got beat down. I was watching on WGN and kept waiting on the comeback but it never came.

The Bulls came back and tied the game then ran out of gas. I remember watching this game too they were down 25-26

Put him in this trash era and hes dropping buckets. Put Steph in the 90s and he’s David Wesley status
What an awful take. Dell Curry was Steph with no handles, no passing game, couldn't finish as well at the rim and way less range.....and he was putting up 15-16ppg in just 25 minutes with good shooting numbers.

Dell was averaging 21-22ppg per 36. Give him Steph's extra 5-10 feet of range and he's scoring 25+ and that's before you even factor in that Steph has WAY better handles and is a FAR more dangerous passer and a MUCH better finisher.

Someone tried to use the 2019 Finals to shyt on Steph. :why:

Averaged 31 and 6 on 60% True Shooting against the best set of perimeter defenders in the NBA with the ENTIRE Toronto defense structured around stopping him. Pushed them to 6 even though all the other starters in his lineup other than Draymond got hurt.

Compare that to '96 MJ when faced with a strong perimeter defender in the Finals.

Kyle Korver made the all-star team in this era and well into his 30's teams still giving him millions to be a key player in the rotation.

In the 90s Kyle Korver would have been spot usage. JJ Redikk is old af and teams still pay him like a star. Al Horford is an okay offensive player and solid on D, making over $100M in his late 30s. They treat it like an accomplishment that he can defend Jojo. What would he have done with Dream and Shaq?

He was much more balanced with much stronger legs than weak ankle curry

Curry didn't deal with physically or hand checking

You seen what dellavedova and van fleet did to him

Imagine Jordan hand checking him picking him up full court :mjlol:

delladova had to go to the hospital after guarding Steph and played himself into straight exhaustion. He barely stopped Steph after that game.

How physical was Steve Kerr lmao

Reggie Miller is a glorified Kyle Korver and he was a superstar in the ‘90s.

Jeff Hornacek and Mark Price were all-stars in the ‘90s so JJ Redikk would have no problem making all-star teams in that trash era.

5’11” 160 lbs Dana Barros averaged 20 ppg and made and the all-star team in the ‘90s. 5’10” Damon Stoudemire won ROY. 5’9” Michael Adams averaged 26/10.

That garbage era was filled with midgets lighting up the league, yet somehow Steph is gonna do worse if he played in the ‘90s. :russ:

These guys has the dumbest takes. Steve Kerr was a shorter, skinnier, less athletic version of Kyle Korver with an inferior jumper and he was getting 25 minutes/game for the greatest team of the 1990s, yet Kyle Korver would be relegated to "spot duty". :mjlol:

Kyle Korver would start for EVERY team in the 1990s. Every fukking one. The 1996 Bulls would bench Harper in a quick second if they had someone with Korver's size and shot to stick into the rotation.
