I'm a Batman stan but even with prep time and all that. Magneto is one of the most powerful Mutants in the world, he is also a very capable hand to hand fighter so even if you take away all his powers, he could hold his own againt Batman in a fist fight. So basically you have a super-mutant, with genius level intellect, and behind it all the combat experience and skills to fight Batman just throwing hands.

Batman will win in a hand to hand if Magneto doesn't have his powers, its basically all he has to work with besides tech and tricks.

Magneto has too much power tho, he will crush Batman
