Yeah.. there's no way this is coming out. If it does it'll be a silent release sometime late next year on a different streamer after Disney sells it off. Probably Tubi. Plus he's pawging in the movie and its a ethically gray character. Sad to see man.

They could wait to drop it Fall 2024 or Fall 2025, and before then, go on a campaign positively bolstering JM image.
The media now are explaining what the verdict meant which is good for JM as it helps place doubt into people's minds that he is a woman beater as most would assume initially.

Good point about the stolen property thing. But I think the defense was thinking we don't even want to insinuate he did anything to her. 'Getting your phone back by force' could undermine that.
Still yeah, I like the nuance from a mainstream outlet for once.
Majors put himself in a bad spot but I don't think he should see the inside of a jail cell. Hopefully, the judge sentencing him agrees.

The content of the movie isn't conducive to a positive PR campaign. It's about a self-sabotaging, possibly narcissistic and all-around not "hero" guy who is on a tunnel vision mission to be a bodybuilder.

Thinking about that... Yeah I could see that. Late 2024 or 2025 run for the movie, but then alotta things would be in his favor. Gives people enough time to clearly think about the case...read up on it, watch the vids, whatever.
His career could probably recover and the whole mcu thing might end up not even being a huge loss. Considering the issues Disney has had and will most likely continue to have in 2024.
